These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Fantasy Costume website and are set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding with your order.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when the product has been dispatched to you.

Delivery can only be made within the UK.  

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

All items are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Refunds will be credited via the method in which you paid, i.e. Nochex or Paypal.

We are able to accept returns under the following circumstances. Postage will not be refunded. Any return must be agreed with Fantasy Costume before returning any purchases. If we agree to the return then we advise that you return goods via recorded delivery, as we will not be responsible for items lost in the post. If any items returned are returned in an unsaleable condition, or not in original packaging or worn, we reserve the right to cancel the refund agreement or charge/not refund for the items unfit for sale. Returns agreed must be sent back within 7 days from the date of receipt, or the agreement will be cancelled. Exchanges because of sizing must be requested on the same day as receipt, or we will not offer an exchange. If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email, where we will assist you.

We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. Items can occasionally vary in intensity of colour from the picture shown which can depend upon your internet browser. Pictures are supplied by Leg Avenue.

All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our own previous prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card through Nochex or PayPal. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

We are not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

Fantasy Costume shall not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or any duty at law or under the express terms of the contract, for any consequential loss or damage (whether loss of profit or otherwise) costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods. As regards unfitness of goods for customers requirements the customer must have clearly indicated to the company its particular requirements. Fantasy Costume will not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer or any third party for direct or indirect consequential loss or damage or injury in connection with the products supplied.
